Returns & Exchanges
Return and Exchange Policy:
To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Baseball King, we are pleased to offer returns and exchanges. You may exchange or return the item(s) ordered only if they are unworn and in its original packaging within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange (less shipping costs). Please email us at shopbaseballking@gmail.com to initiate a return.
All returns must have the original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee if products are returned without packaging or returned damaged/used. All exchanges in the United States are processed and sent out immediately with no shipping costs added to your original order. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges and returns. The customer will be liable for all shipping costs associated with Returns / Exchanges outside of the United States.
We do not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return or exchange shipments. Shipments should be sent with a courier that offers tracking service with delivery confirmation such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been sent.
Product Guarantee:
We strongly stand behind our products and guarantee the quality. We will replace any defective products at no cost to you. However, we MUST receive email notification within 3 days of receiving the product with a photo of the defect and we’ll work with you individually to resolve the issue.
